The Development

A 44 acre development site located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The site is in the highly-coveted Cambridge life-science market minutes away from MIT, Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital. When completed, North Point will feature 5 million square feet of residential, commercial office, retail, hospitality and life sciences uses surrounding a 10-acre central park. Infrastructure is already in place, including interior streets, utilities and a central park. By 2015, the project is scheduled to include a new Green Line MBTA station that will be part of a public transit expansion north to Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
